He has been directly responsible for over a million sq ft of development projects. Phil’s expertise lie in financing, planning and leading design teams through the development and procurement process and it is this experience that has helped Phil mould MODE’s transformative delivery platform.

Wei is an expert in building industry with many years of experience in large scale international projects. He is well known for his research and practice in digitalising, industrialising and intelligentising the building construction process. He has completed many representative smart building and zero emission building projects. He is a member of China Academy of Building Research (CABR) and a council member of China Association of Engineering Construction Standards (CECS).
