MODEs system has been used to design a 245 apartment scheme in the heart of Basildon’s regeneration area. The scheme will be operationally Carbon Net Zero with triple glazing throughout, hot water heat recovery solutions and air source heat pumps and photovoltaics on the façade.

The scheme was designed to planning in record time given MODE’s system design approach and utilised MODE’s ready to utilise layout work. This enables development partners to design their schemes with ease.
